BMW of Bakersfield

A New and Improved Showroom Experience

The Construction Reduction sale, happening right now at BMW of Bakersfield, will come to an end soon as high-line dealership, BMW of Bakersfield, prepares to officially re-open its showroom doors to customers, to reveal a new and improved BMW dealership.

BMW of Bakersfield received early distinction and recognition as one of the first 25 BMW dealerships in the nation to onboard with a national OEM effort to deliver an interior facelift to BMW showrooms. The goal of making the buying experience less transactional and more experiential will come to life at BMW of Bakersfield. As part of the evolution from one of the world’s leading brands, customers will now see fewer vehicles lining the showroom floor and better lighting to help them make better distinctions on the nuances of BMWs high line products.

“An inviting environment that encourages people to come in and experience what they've already found interest in online is essential,” said Mike Udell, General Manager of BMW of Bakersfield. “The car may sell itself virtually, but you fulfill the buyer's expectations personally.”

The lighting will be upgraded to LED standards for improved environmental considerations.  Additionally, the lighting will provide a vivid look into the colorful excellence of each and every BMW model and its exquisite paint treatments. These noticeable upgrades to the showroom will help customers in Bakersfield better recognize and visualize the meticulous detail that goes into making BMWs The Ultimate Driving Machine.

Additionally, luxury lounge seating will be available throughout the showroom, giving customers a showroom experience filled with 5-star hospitality which fits nicely with the dealership's 4.5 review rating on Google. Long known for taking excellent care of customers, the latest upgrades will help reduce some anxiety buyers may face and instead provide a more conversational and comfortable visit.

These renovations will certainly exceed customer expectations. The improvements come with more than 20 years of service to the Bakersfield community, giving customers and employees alike a more modernized experience for future years of service.

As construction wraps up, the dealership will remain open for full sales and service operations. The team stays mindful of helping direct customers to their desired location. Customer service, during the time of renovation, still remains the dealership's top priority.

The team at BMW plans to make the move out of the construction trailers and into the freshly updated dealership soon. The staff encourages those interested to stop by and see the improvements at any time as the dealership remains fully operational. Moreover, the dealership continues to highlight and engage customers with their uniquely designed Construction Reduction Sale.

The grand re-opening comes alongside the launch of the all-new, all-electric BMW iX and i4 which are available today, on the lot, and ready for test drives.
