Toys for Tots Annual Collection Day December 9, 2020

We are accepting new unwrapped toys at our dealership on behalf of Toys for Tots Bakersfield on December 9th. Our employees are already contributing, so please come join us. More than 28,000 children in Kern Country receive gifts every year from the collective contributions to Toys for Tots, Come see us at 5400 Gasoline Alley Drive and so that you too can give back to our community!

Honoring Our Military this Veterans Day

Given the military heritage of and our proximity to Edwards Air Force, home of more major milestones in flight than any other location on earth, we are proud to serve our military. And on Veterans Day we are even more humbled. There’s no way to say thank you enough to each of our soldiers, both past and present. We owe more than a thank you, we owe you our freedom. So for all of you have sacrificed so much for our freedom, we honor you—especially so--on Veterans Day and we honor you on each and every day. 2020 Test Drive to End Hunger November 17-21, 2020

Speaking of getting behind the wheel, you’re invited to take a test drive at BMW of Bakersfield to end hunger as we work together to deliver 200 meals for Feeding America, the largest domestic hunger-relief charity in the U.S. To thank you for your participation, you will not only receive the warm fuzzy feeling that goes with contributing to a great cause, but you will also receive a $1,000 credit on select new BMW models purchased before January 31, 2021. Garden Pathways 17th Annual High Tea Event on May 8, 2019

Garden Pathways is a community-based nonprofit which mentors and educates children, youth, and adults in building productive lives. The event helped to honor four outstanding Women with a Heart for Bakersfield: Jasleen Duggal, MD, Sheri Horn-Bunk, NaTesha Johnson, and Diana Mestmaker.



CSF "Toast of Love" to Save Lives Event on April 26, 2019

Over 250 attendees, 6 wineries, 9 food vendors plus sponsors to benefit CSF Medical Non-Profit Organization. CSF's Mission statement: To advocate on behalf of those who are uninsured, are low-income and need a surgical procedure in order to maintain a healthy life so they may keep their employment and family economy from collapsing.


Vince Fong for Assembly Campaign Kick Off Event on April 4, 2019

National Doctors' Day Celebration on March 29, 2019

To thank the Doctors for all they do, Adventist Health presented our community physicians with a free chair massage, lunch catered by Luigi's, and the latest BMW model test drive along with a special gift of appreciation.


M.A.R.E. Riding Center: Evening at the Races Event on March 16, 2019

Founded in 1990, M.A.R.E. (Mastering Abilities Riding Equines) was born allowing special needs children and adults in Kern County to experience freedom of movement, freedom of spirit, and freedom from judgment. Today, M.A.R.E. continues to provide "Hope on Horseback," for exceptional equestrians in Kern County. M.A.R.E. is where miracles happen one stride at a time.


JJ's Legacy Annual Gala & Golf Tournament on March 2nd and 4th, 2019

Supporters of organ and tissue donation came out to honor Jeffrey Johns at the foundation's annual gala and golf tournament. JJ's Legacy exists to educate and inspire our community to become registered organ and tissue donors, as well as honoring donor families and recipients in Kern County.

BMW of Bakersfield does more than sell and service vehicles. The dealership employees live in and give back to the community. As proud sponsors of numerous year-end activities and events, we have so many ways for you to get and stay connected to our charitable efforts.
 
Like most years we will finish strong. There’s just a little extra energy as we close out what’s been an incredibly dynamic year. Help us close out and celebrate what’s otherwise been one for the record books!
