Client Advisor | BMW of Bakersfield

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Assist clients with a proper needs evaluation, relationship building and complete transparency throughout the entire sales process.
  • Exhibit a high level of commitment to customer satisfaction.
  • Communicate effectively with Business Development Center (BDC) and Sales Managers daily.
  • Thorough knowledge of all dealership products and services.

Requirements:

  • Outstanding communication skills - personal, phone, internet and Customer Relationship Management tool (CRM).
  • Professional appearance, strong work ethic and computer literate.
  • Superior customer service skills.
  • BMW or other highline auto sales experience is a distinct plus, but candidates with other related experience are encouraged to apply.
  • California State Automotive Sales License, or willing to obtain.

Required Education:

  • College degree or some college preferred, but not required.

Business Development Center Agent (BDC - Agent)

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Assist consumers daily by scheduling VIP appointments from a variety of communication sources - organically, company website, 3rd party online sources - i.e. AutoTrader, Cars.com, phone, email, chat, text and other effective means of agent to client communication, all being performed within the web-based Customer Relationship Management tool (CRM).
  • Exhibit a high level of commitment to customer satisfaction.
  • Communicate effectively with Internet Director, General Manager and Sales Managers daily.
  • Thorough knowledge of all dealership products and services.

Requirements:
