The 3 Series timeline will begin with a European release of the new BMW sedan, followed by the wagon and new coupe/convertible variants and then end with the 3 Series wagon's debut in our own market.

BMW has not yet released specific details about the make and design of the new Touring Wagon. However, we can tell you that it will most likely be based off of the BMW 3 Series sedan which was recently unveiled. The 2012 sedan sports a new look with an elongated nose, a twin-kidney grille attached to the headlights and a more unified façade.
